MIS: Where's the f£^^ing e-commerce platform you're developing? I rely on being able to do e-commerce for my business, and the lack of this platform is costing me 27squillion pounds a day, the fact that you never even advertised it's existance except mentioning it's developed now and again is NO EXCUSE. I want my e-commerce platform or I will take you to trading standards. CALL CENTRE: 74% of all calls I've made in the last week have had nothing to do with force9/plusnet service. 12% could be mistaken as being made by a sane person. Why the $^$* do F9 tech "support" not know how to work my kettle. IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH! CORE NETWORK: Whenever I dial in with my modem, which I'm not going to tell you the make of, the 0870 7058000 number persistantly refused to connect - GET IT SORTED!.
