Hellow, punters...


MIS Department:

Terribly exciting. The new portal design - that's the new one which will
replace the existing new one when it becomes the old one - is coming along
a treat. I especially liked the innovative cerise background, and the
trailing ribbony thingies along the frame borders. Just perfect!


Call Centre:
  
Well! You could have knocked me down with a Michael Portillo - 41% of the
young boys (so VERY young!) in there were answering calls within SECONDS,
37% were dealing with e-mail queeries (don't start...) and the rest were
swinging BOTH ways! Of course, there were a few girls working there as
well, but I didn't notice THEIR ratios, believe me...


Network upgrades:

Horrible nasty whirry things with flashing lights and fans - no wonder
Fanny the Wonder Dog was upset!  I just can't STAND that sort of thing -
can you?  Still, at least the REVERSE d.n.s. is fixed up, if you
understand what I mean...
